Service Description
A 100 mg NAD+ intramuscular injection administered by a Registered Nurse after medical screening and provider approval. Your nurse reviews your health history, prior NAD+ treatments, and current treatment plan. The visit includes post-injection observation for at least 15–20 minutes. Allow approximately 30 minutes in total. Individual responses vary, and wellness benefits are not guaranteed. All treatments require clinical screening and an appropriate provider order. Your treatment plan is confirmed before your visit. Mobile service from West Haven: travel within 20 driving miles is included. A $50 travel fee applies at 21–40 miles; $100 applies beyond 40 miles. We confirm your address and any travel charge before the visit. The travel fee applies to package and membership visits too. Standalone injection visits have a $199 minimum appointment total (the injection price counts toward that minimum). Multiple injections or an IV at the same address may be combined. Travel charges, if applicable, are additional.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments are requests until confirmed by Diamond IV Therapy. We confirm clinical eligibility, your address and any travel fee before the visit. Travel per visit from West Haven: up to 20 driving miles included; 21–40 miles $50; over 40 miles $100. Travel fees apply to individual treatments, memberships and packages. Standalone injection visits require a $199 minimum appointment total, plus travel fees. Membership and package holders: mention your plan in the message field so we can confirm your remaining visits.
