FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
A few helpful details before your mobile Diamond visit.
Where do you travel?
We are based in West Haven and offer mobile visits at homes, offices, and hotels across Connecticut. Availability and your visit arrangements must be confirmed before service.
Is there a travel fee?
Travel is measured in driving miles from West Haven, per visit. Up to 20 miles is included; 21–40 miles adds $50; over 40 miles adds $100. Travel charges apply to individual treatments, memberships, and packages. We confirm the charge for your address before your visit.
Can I book a single injection?
Standalone injection visits require a $199 minimum appointment total, plus any applicable travel fee. Individual injection prices count toward that minimum. Contact us to confirm your visit total and available services.
How do I book, and when is my visit confirmed?
Use Book Online to request a service. Online appointments are requests until Diamond IV Therapy confirms availability, clinical eligibility, your address, and the visit arrangements. A request or purchase does not guarantee that a specific treatment is appropriate.
How long should I allow for my appointment?
Regular IV infusion times are generally 30–60 minutes, depending on the service. Listed NAD+ infusion times are approximately 2 hours for 250 mg, 4 hours for 500 mg, and 6 hours for 750 mg. Allow additional time for assessment, setup, and aftercare. Your actual appointment length may vary.
How should I prepare?
Complete the intake information requested by your care team and follow the instructions provided for your appointment. Have your medication and allergy information available, and arrange a comfortable place for the visit. Tell the team about changes in your health before the appointment. Do not change prescribed medication based on website information.
Who provides care, and can everyone receive treatment?
Our mobile IV and injection appointments are administered by a Registered Nurse. Treatment requires clinical screening and any necessary provider approval and prescription. Your care team reviews whether a service is suitable for you. Medical weight-loss services require a licensed provider’s evaluation. Eligibility, medication, dose, availability, and results are not guaranteed.
How do memberships and packages work?
Mention your membership or package when requesting a visit so we can confirm your included services and available credits. Renewal, billing, cancellation notice, credit expiration, and package validity follow the specific plan terms shown at purchase. Travel fees still apply. Canceling an appointment is separate from canceling a membership.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Use your booking link or call 203-709-1403 or email crystal@diamondivtherapy.com as soon as possible. Membership cancellation follows your selected plan’s terms. Contact us about refunds, billing errors, unused packages, or clinical ineligibility before treatment. The agreed purchase terms apply; this FAQ does not create a new cancellation fee or blanket no-refund rule.
How can I pay?
Payment methods and arrangements are confirmed during booking. Review your service price, plan terms, and confirmed travel or additional charges before proceeding. Please do not send payment-card details through ordinary email or general website messages.
Where should I send medical questions?
Follow your care team’s instructions for treatment questions and clinical intake. Please do not send sensitive medical details through ordinary email or general website messages. Website messages and appointment inquiries are not emergency-care channels and are not continuously monitored. Call 911 for a medical emergency.
