HOW GROUP BOOKING WORKS
1. SHARE YOUR PLANS
Email your preferred date and time, event type, town, estimated guest count, and the best way to reach you. Keep medical details and payment-card information out of email.
2. REVIEW YOUR QUOTE
We confirm staffing, scheduling, available services, location arrangements, treatment prices, and applicable travel charges. Your request is not a confirmed reservation. Any group pricing or additional arrangements must be agreed before booking.
3. COMPLETE INDIVIDUAL SCREENING
Each participant completes clinical screening separately through the care team's intake process. Treatment requires any necessary provider approval and prescription. Group booking does not guarantee that every guest is eligible or will receive the same treatment.
PRICING & TRAVEL
Group visits are quoted individually. Travel is measured in driving miles from West Haven, per visit: up to 20 miles is included; 21–40 miles adds $50; over 40 miles adds $100. We confirm your address, total quote, and any other agreed arrangements before service. This page does not establish a group discount or a new event fee.
A COMFORTABLE SPACE FOR CARE
Tell us about your location so we can plan a comfortable treatment area and private space for individual assessment. Hotel, workplace, and venue arrangements must be confirmed in advance. Your care team provides appointment preparation and aftercare instructions.
