Service Description
A 500 mg NAD+ IV appointment administered by a Registered Nurse after medical screening and provider approval. What’s included: 500 mg NAD+ in normal saline, with separate glutathione administration after the infusion when included in your approved order. Initial infusion estimate: approximately 4 hours. Allow additional time for assessment, setup, and any separate administration. Your nurse starts slowly, adjusts the rate only to your tolerance, and monitors you throughout treatment. The actual visit may take longer. Wellness benefits are not guaranteed. All treatments require clinical screening and an appropriate provider order. Your treatment plan is confirmed before your visit. Mobile service from West Haven: travel within 20 driving miles is included. A $50 travel fee applies at 21–40 miles; $100 applies beyond 40 miles. We confirm your address and any travel charge before the visit. The travel fee applies to package and membership visits too.

Appointments are requests until confirmed by Diamond IV Therapy. We confirm clinical eligibility, your address and any travel fee before the visit. Travel per visit from West Haven: up to 20 driving miles included; 21–40 miles $50; over 40 miles $100. Travel fees apply to individual treatments, memberships and packages. Standalone injection visits require a $199 minimum appointment total, plus travel fees. Membership and package holders: mention your plan in the message field so we can confirm your remaining visits.
