Service Description
An IV appointment for supportive care of headache or migraine symptoms after a clinical assessment. What’s included: normal saline, magnesium chloride, vitamin C, Vita Complex (B1, B2, B3, B5, and B6), and methylcobalamin (vitamin B12). Provider-directed options may include ketorolac (Toradol), ondansetron (Zofran), or a migraine medication combination of metoclopramide (Reglan) and diphenhydramine (Benadryl). Medications are administered according to their separate orders and only when appropriate after screening. Allow approximately one hour for the infusion, plus assessment and setup. Relief is not guaranteed. Tell your nurse about a new or unusual headache before scheduling; symptoms requiring urgent evaluation are referred for appropriate care. All treatments require clinical screening and an appropriate provider order. Your treatment plan is confirmed before your visit. Mobile service from West Haven: travel within 20 driving miles is included. A $50 travel fee applies at 21–40 miles; $100 applies beyond 40 miles. We confirm your address and any travel charge before the visit. The travel fee applies to package and membership visits too.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments are requests until confirmed by Diamond IV Therapy. We confirm clinical eligibility, your address and any travel fee before the visit. Travel per visit from West Haven: up to 20 driving miles included; 21–40 miles $50; over 40 miles $100. Travel fees apply to individual treatments, memberships and packages. Standalone injection visits require a $199 minimum appointment total, plus travel fees. Membership and package holders: mention your plan in the message field so we can confirm your remaining visits. To cancel or reschedule, use your booking link or contact 203-709-1403 as soon as possible. Membership cancellation and credit expiration follow your plan terms.
