Service Description
A beauty-focused IV wellness appointment with hydration and nutrients selected for your treatment plan. What’s included: normal saline or Lactated Ringer’s, vitamin C, Vita Complex (B1, B2, B3, B5, and B6), biotin, L-lysine, and proline. Glutathione is administered separately after the infusion when included in your approved order. Infusion time: approximately 45–60 minutes, with additional time for assessment, setup, and the separate glutathione administration. Hair, skin, and nail results vary. Tell your medical and laboratory team about biotin use because it can interfere with certain blood tests. All treatments require clinical screening and an appropriate provider order. Your treatment plan is confirmed before your visit. Mobile service from West Haven: travel within 20 driving miles is included. A $50 travel fee applies at 21–40 miles; $100 applies beyond 40 miles. We confirm your address and any travel charge before the visit. The travel fee applies to package and membership visits too.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments are requests until confirmed by Diamond IV Therapy. We confirm clinical eligibility, your address and any travel fee before the visit. Travel per visit from West Haven: up to 20 driving miles included; 21–40 miles $50; over 40 miles $100. Travel fees apply to individual treatments, memberships and packages. Standalone injection visits require a $199 minimum appointment total, plus travel fees. Membership and package holders: mention your plan in the message field so we can confirm your remaining visits. To cancel or reschedule, use your booking link or contact 203-709-1403 as soon as possible. Membership cancellation and credit expiration follow your plan terms.
